No Plan B for Jersey Live 2010

Plan B has been forced to cancel his planned appearance at Jersey Live this year. The rapper turned singer has had to pull out due to a change in his filming schedule for the move ‘Ill Manors’.

The Londoner was due to perform on the main stage on Sunday the 5th of September.

There has been no announcement of a replacement as of yet, but fans of the festival have been using the official Facebook page to make their opinions heard on who they would like to fill the spot. People have been asking for the likes of Mumford & Sons, Jamie T, The King Blues and Seasick Steve to name a few.

The current line-up includes Paul Weller, Groove Armada, The View, Kate Nash, Chase And Status, Tinie Tempah, Subfocus and more.

The inhabitants themselves will be the first to admit there’s not much going on in Jersey. And so, with the backing of the regional tourist board, Jersey Live is an attempt to firmly establish the island on the musical map. With previous appearances from the likes of The Prodigy, Kasabian, Editors, Erol Alkan, The Glimmers, James Lavelle and Scratch Perverts, it’s doing a pretty good job.

Jersey Live Festival 2010 takes place at the Royal Jersey Show from the 4th to the 5th of September.

Tickets are available and can be purchased by clicking here.
