DJ Huw Stevens
The first acts have been announced for the fourth Swn festival which is a 3 day festival which takes place in Wales.
The event was started by DJ Huw Stephens who has announced a line-up including Al Lewis, Arabrot, Bellini, Bryn Fon a'r Band, Colorama, Crash.Disco!, Evening Chorus, Fiction, Happy Birthday, Huw M, Joe Worricker, John Mouse, Kutosis, Paul Heaton, Perfume Genius, Right Hand, Left Hand, Spectrals, Standard Fare, Sun Drums, Swans, Teeth, The Ex, The Last Republic, Violas, We Are Animal, Wickes, and Y Niwl.
As well as music acts there will be art exhibitions and films on display. The wristband you get for attending also entitles you to discounts in stores in Cardiff , and free rides on the Swn buses across town over the main Swn weekend.
The festival will feature bands from Wales and across the world, as well as DJs, and there will be lots of music genres to choose from including hip hop, indie, folk, dance, and rock.
Swn will take place in Cardiff from Thursday the 21st until Saturday the 23rd of October 2010.
